MDA ā Studio Legale, a professional professional association of Venetian lawyers with offices in Venice and Padua, assisted a Venetian industrial group operating in the energy sector in an important project financing operation. Assisted by MDA attorneys Alessio Vianello and Silvia Tisato, the company received a 29 million funding from MPS Capital Services and Credito Valtellinese for the construction of a 22 MW wind farm at Buseto Palizzolo in the province of Trapani.
The work will be carried out by a subsidiary of the Venetian group specially established with another partner.
MPS Capital Services and Credito Valtellinese, were assisted by Gianni Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners for the loans financing.
