MDA took part in a recent acquisition operation of an important company operating in the field of innovative hydraulic products and based in the province of Pordenone.
Managing partner Alessio Vianello together with attorney Silvia Tisato for the corporate aspects and Laura Vascon for the labour law aspects of the acquisition offered their expertise and assistance in the definition of the operation and the management of the relations with the acquirer. The latter is an American multinational company who is leader in the manufacturing sector and was assisted by Deloitte Legal.
Aiming at developing environmentally friendly hydraulic products, the American company opted for a company which is well established in the manufacturing sector of the north-eastern area of Italy thanks to the high quality of its production assets and internal organization, niche position and attitude toward innovation and research. All those aspects were particularly valued during the operation and so were the preservation of its personnel and its professional roles.
