Education
Daniele Corrado is a civil lawyer, he has been a member of the Treviso Bar Association since 2008. He graduated in Law at the University of Padua, where he also obtained a PhD and he has been enrolled in the Albo Speciale Cassazionisti e Giurisdizioni Superiori (Special Register of Lawyers and Superior Jurisdictions) since 2021.
Professional Background
He is Senior Partner at MDA Studio Legale e Tributario, and head of the Labour and Social Security area.
He deals with labour, social security, commercial, corporate, and agricultural civil law issues, as well as with anti-money laundering and digital innovation. He provides assistance and advice to individuals and legal entities in and out of court.
He has gained extensive experience in civil, financial market and insurance litigation, as well as corporate and tax litigation.
From 2004 to 2011, he was a temporary lecturer in European Union Law, Comparative Labour Law, Public and Administrative Law and Comparative Legal Systems at the University of Trieste.
Other work
Since 2017, he has been a member of the Commissione Paritetica di Studio di Diritto Civile e Commerciale of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Treviso and of the Bar Association of Treviso. From 2014 to 2015, he was a member of the Commissione di Studio di Diritto Civile e Commerciale of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Treviso.
