Liana Falcon is a lawyer specialising in banking law, and she has been a member of the Venice Bar Association since 2002. She graduated in Law from the University of Padua.
She has extensive experience in anatocism and usury matters, primarily in favour of credit institutions. She also carries out debt collection activities, advising clients in real estate enforcement procedures, bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation.
