Criminal tax law
We provide legal advice and assistance in in tax, customs, and economic criminal law, ensuring constant doctrine and legal updates.
We carry out out-of-court activities in the context of legal opinions and preventive consultancy, to avoid possible criminal risks for our clients arising out from wrong or incorrect behavior, and we assist them during the investigations carried out by the Guardia di Finanza (the Italian economic-financial police).
